  • Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. Identity authentication is required including name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

  • Pool heat is $150/night and is only available for the full duration of your stay. At least 5 days notice from check-in is required if you want to add this amenity to your stay (typically requested between Oct-Apr).
  • Air Mattresses: 1 complimentary, $50 for 1 additional.
  • Pack & Play and Highchair: Complimentary set included. For additional baby equipment, please inquire through GoodNight Stay's rental partner. Please note: This is an add-on and not included in your reservation.

  • Four parking spots are available in the driveway.
